Shipping Policy


  • All orders from bal-on.shop are shipped from Lakeville, IN.
  • Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends & holidays) depending on order volume and warehose capacity.

 Shipping

  • For BAL.ON Smart Kit orders, shipping is available across the U.S.A.
  • Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation including shipping details. If you do not receive an email with the details, please check your spam folder or contact us at 1-800-xxxx-xxxx for confirmation.
  • Items will be shipped via FedEx. Shipping options will be displayed at checkout. Shipping rates will be calculated using real-time shipping.
  • Package trackers will be provided by the carrier.
  • If you need assistance with your order, please contact us at 1-800-xxxx-xxxx.
  • Please review and ensure you have entered the correct address. ContiTech USA, Inc. is not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit the order.

Potential interruptions/delay

  • Shipments may be delayed due to a high volume of orders, weather or other circumstances beyond our control.

 

Returns Policy


  • The BAL.ON Smart Kit may be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • Returned items are eligible for replacement, refund or credit.
  • All returns must be in the original packaging and must not show signs of wear and tear.
  • In the event an item is returned due to a defect ContiTech USA, Inc. will also reimburse the shipping fees.
  • Please allow 2 weeks for shipping of in-stock replacement items.
  • If items are no longer in-stock ContiTech USA, Inc. will issue a credit or refund excluding shipping fees.
